Come check out the adaptive sport of sled hockey! Sled hockey is a sit-down version of ice hockey for players whose disability prevents them from playing stand-up hockey. The difference is equipment! Sled hockey players use sleds that are mounted on two skate blades attached under the seat. Instead of one hockey stick, players use two for propulsion, passing and shooting. For this event, the Wisconsin Adaptive Sports Association Admirals will demo sled hockey, then you can hop in a sled to try it out!
